Who founded The POOlice?
The POOlice was founded by Aaron Kimball, a Northwest Arkansas entrepreneur who also founded and runs TCB Fight Factory, a boxing and MMA gym in Rogers, Arkansas. He started The POOlice to bring the same discipline, consistency, and accountability he built in the gym to a service every dog owner needs.
Aaron is a Rogers-based small business owner who has spent years building community institutions in NWA. TCB Fight Factory taught him that people keep coming back for two things: showing up on time and doing what you said you would do. The POOlice runs on the same rule — every patrol ends with a photo so there is never a question about whether the work got done.
