What "Patrolled to Your Standard" Means
Every plan includes a standard sweep: full property walk, every offender bagged and removed, gate-line walk, photo confirmation. If you find a missed spot the same day, text us a photo and we are back the next business day, no charge.
How We Make It Right
If a return visit still falls short — rare, but it happens — we credit the visit. No paperwork, no escalation, no "let me transfer you to my supervisor." Your dispatcher closes the case on the spot.
What the Pledge Does Not Cover
Conditions that develop between patrols (your dog used the yard yesterday morning, after our Tuesday sweep — that is normal, not a missed spot). Storm-related debris that is not pet waste. Yards we cannot reach because the gate code or key box was not provided.
Why We Offer This
We will earn your business every visit or we do not deserve your business. The pledge is the floor, not the ceiling. Most weeks you will not need it. The fact that it is here means you do not have to argue when something does fall through.
