Do I need to be home for a patrol?
No. Most of our citizens are at work when we patrol. We just need access to the yard. A gate code, a side gate, or a key box. We send a photo confirmation when the sweep is complete.
What about my dogs while you are working?
We ask that dogs are inside or kenneled during the patrol. Our officers carry treats and are dog people, but for safety and speed we keep the yard cleared during the sweep.
Is there a contract?
No long term contract. Cancel any time with 7 days notice. We earn your business every visit. If you do not love the result, we make it right or refund the visit.
What happens to the waste?
All waste is double bagged in heavy duty contractor bags, sealed, and removed from your property. We dispose of it at a permitted commercial waste facility. Nothing stays in your trash can.
Do you work in winter or rain?
Yes. Rain, shine, light snow, the patrol runs. In severe weather we reschedule to the next available day at no extra charge. You get a text the day before with the new ETA.
What if my yard has been let go for months?
We have a one time deep cleanup option, $77 to $147 depending on yard size and condition. After that you can roll into any monthly tier. We will quote it for free during the first inspection.
What does pooper scooper service cost?
Plans run $37 a month for Rookie, $67 for biweekly Deputy, and $97 for weekly Sheriff. A one time cleanup runs $77 to $147. Your first inspection is free, so you get the exact number for your yard before you commit.
Is weekly or biweekly better for my yard?
Weekly is best for multi dog homes, small yards, and families with young children using the yard. Biweekly suits one or two dogs on a larger lot, especially in cooler months. When a small yard is in doubt, go weekly.
What diseases does dog waste carry?
Dog waste can carry E. coli, Giardia, roundworms, hookworms, and parvovirus, and some of those survive in soil long after the waste is gone. That is why prompt, regular removal matters. Every offender is double bagged and hauled off your property.
Is your service safe for kids and other pets?
Yes, and protecting them is the point. Young children and other dogs are the most exposed to yard pathogens, so a cleared yard is a safer yard. Officers carry sanitizer and swap bags between properties so nothing is tracked in.
Do you service HOA and POA neighborhoods?
Yes. We patrol homes in HOA and POA communities across Northwest Arkansas, including Bella Vista. A photo confirmed schedule also gives you a record that the yard is maintained if your association ever asks.
What if my gate is locked?
Just get us access and we handle the rest. A gate code, a key box, or an unlocked side gate all work. If a gate is locked on patrol day and we cannot reach the yard, we reschedule to the next available day and let you know.
What areas do you cover?
We patrol eight Northwest Arkansas cities: Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Lowell, and Centerton. If you are just outside those lines, call dispatch and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
How long does a visit take?
Most patrols take just a few minutes for a maintained yard. A first visit or a yard with a backlog takes longer. You do not need to be home, and you get a photo confirmed all clear when the sweep is done.
Do you take one time jobs?
Yes. A one time cleanup runs $77 to $147 depending on yard size and how long it has gone. It is the right call for a move, an event, or a yard that fell behind, and you can roll into a monthly plan after.
How do I get started?
Book a free first inspection through the contact form or by calling dispatch. We look at the yard, quote the exact plan for your dog count and schedule, and set your patrol day. No pressure and no long contract.
How do I pay, and when?
Plans are billed monthly. Dispatch sets it up when you start service, and since there is no long term contract you can cancel any time with seven days notice. A one time cleanup is billed for that single job.
Is there really a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If a sweep is not right, tell us and the next one is on us, or we refund the visit. We earn the business one patrol at a time.
Do you service homes with more than one dog?
Yes. The Deputy plan covers up to two dogs and the weekly Sheriff plan covers unlimited household dogs. More dogs means more concentrated waste, so multi dog homes usually do best on weekly patrol.
Can I pause or change my plan?
Any time. Call or message dispatch to move up a level, step down, pause for a season, or cancel with seven days notice. Your plan should match your yard, and yards change.
