What we collect
From customers and prospective customers: name, contact information (phone, email, address), service preferences (plan, dog count, gate access details), and any other information you provide via the contact form or during a phone call.
From all visitors: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) for security and operational purposes; analytics data (sessions, page views).
How we use it
To schedule and deliver pet waste removal patrols, to communicate about your plan, to respond to support requests, to send a photo confirmation after each visit, and to invoice for services rendered. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Customer records: for the duration of your active service plus seven years for tax/business reporting. Inactive prospective-customer records (no plan started, no follow-up engagement): twelve months from last contact, then deleted.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your record, correction of any field, or deletion of your record. Email Tcb.mma@gmail.com to make a request. We respond within thirty days.
