Service Description
The POOlice operates pet waste removal patrols on weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules across Northwest Arkansas. Plans are billed monthly in advance. The first inspection is free. Cancellation is permitted at any time with seven days notice.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe yard access during the patrol window (gate code, key box, or unlocked side gate); to keep dogs inside or kenneled during the patrol; to notify dispatch of any hazardous conditions on the property; and to remit payment for service rendered.
Limitations
The POOlice is not responsible for waste deposited between scheduled patrols. We cannot patrol yards we cannot safely access (locked gates without provided codes, off-leash dogs in the yard during the patrol window, hazardous conditions).
Pledge
If your yard is not patrolled to standard, we return the next business day at no charge. If the second visit still falls short, the original visit is on us. See the full Pledge for details.
Liability
The POOlice carries general liability insurance and is bonded. Our liability is limited to the cost of the visit in question. We will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas, or by mutually agreed mediation.
